Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from the Magic Mahjong Moments online storefront (the “Site”). By visiting the Site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply only to purchases made through the Site where we sell Mahjong tiles and accessories.

1. Storefront scope

Magic Mahjong Moments sells Mahjong tiles and related accessories (the “Products”) through the Site. These Terms apply only to purchases made through the Site. Any new features, tools, or Products introduced on the Site are subject to these Terms.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms with a new effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on the Site is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including inventory shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or when the Product ships, whichever occurs first.

4. Product Information & Pricing

We attempt to display Product images and descriptions accurately. Actual Product colors, dimensions, or finishes may vary. Prices and Product availability shown on the Site are subject to change without notice. We are not obligated to honor pricing or Product description errors.

5. Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments on the Site are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment you authorize Stripe and Magic Mahjong Moments to charge the payment method you provide and you agree to Stripe’s applicable terms and policies.

We do not store full payment card numbers or other sensitive payment data on our servers; Stripe handles payment information in accordance with PCI standards. If a payment cannot be authorized or is declined, we may cancel the order.

6. Receipts & Payment Records

Stripe may generate receipts or payment records as part of its payment processing. Magic Mahjong Moments does not collect or maintain a customer contact list on the Site. Retain your payment receipt from Stripe as your proof of purchase. For assistance locating an order or payment record, use the contact form available on the Site and include your order number and any relevant order details.

7. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

Shipping options, carriers, rates, and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you in accordance with the shipping terms presented at checkout and applicable law. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by their country.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Full details on returns, exchanges, cancellations, restocking fees (if any), who pays return shipping, and exceptions (including final-sale and custom/personalized items) are contained in our Return Policy. Please review the Return Policy before placing an order. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once a Product has shipped, cancellations are processed according to the Return Policy.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and governmental charges associated with your purchase, except where we are legally required to collect them at checkout.

10. Warranty & Disclaimers

Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Except as expressly stated, Products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Mahjong Moments disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Magic Mahjong Moments’ aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or a Product is limited to the amount you paid for the Product(s) that gave rise to the claim during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Magic Mahjong Moments and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your purchase or use of Products, your violation of applicable law, or your violation of any third party rights.

13. Intellectual Property

All Site content — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and page designs — is owned by or licensed to Magic Mahjong Moments and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise use Site content except as expressly permitted in writing by Magic Mahjong Moments. Purchasing a physical Product does not transfer any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights in Site content.

14. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant Magic Mahjong Moments a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content in connection with the Site and our business (including marketing). Do not submit content that violates anyone’s rights or that is unlawful.

16. Privacy & Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Because payment is handled by Stripe and the Site does not collect or retain a customer contact list, personal data associated with an order is limited to the billing and shipping information you provide at checkout and any data Stripe collects when processing payments. 17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you and Magic Mahjong Moments submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, refuse to fulfill orders, or cancel orders for any reason, including for suspected fraud or breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of any obligation to pay for Products already ordered or of other obligations that by their nature survive termination.

19. Severability; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Return Policy and Privacy Policy (each incorporated by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and Magic Mahjong Moments regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
