Refund & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with Magic Mahjong Moments. We take great care in packaging and shipping your mahjong tiles and accessories, and hope you love your purchase. Please note:

No Returns or Refunds After Purchase

Once an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the following situations:

  1. Damaged Products:

    • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us using the Site’s contact form within 7 days of delivery.
    • Provide clear photos of the damage.
    • If approved, we’ll guide you on returning the item (in original packaging), then issue a replacement or refund (to your Stripe payment method).
  2. Lost in Transit:

    • If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, notify us via the contact form.
    • We’ll contact the carrier. If confirmed lost, you’ll receive a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Product Photography Disclaimer

Our product images are enhanced for web presentation. We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on color variations or dissatisfaction with how the product appears online.

Preorders

Preorder purchases are final. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for delays or changes, even if the manufacturer is delayed.

Refund Processing

If approved for a refund, we’ll process it to the original payment method via Stripe as soon as possible. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear in your account, as it depends on your payment provider.
